Connecting a custom help domain

Every help center has a primary address. You can add more addresses, such as help.yourproduct.com, from Domains.

Enter the hostname you want customers to use. Desk connects it and tells you the exact DNS record to add if it cannot finish automatically.

When the record is in place, the domain shows as Connected and the site loads over HTTPS. Make primary to use that address in customer links.

Do not point an address that already serves another live website until you are ready to move that site.
